  • Mechanics and structure of posture and postural errors

  • Possibilities and limits of Qi Gong in different areas of application

Module: fire

2 weekends each Saturday and Sunday

  • Crane Qi Gong
  • Deepening of the crane Qi Gong: external and internal, alchemical and medical aspects

Module: Earth

Module: Silent Qi Gong I

  • The six healing sounds
  • The little heavenly cycle
  • possible physical and mental complaints in the course and how to deal with them
  • Side effects and possible incidents, limits of your own possibilities
  • Dealing with destructive emotions in Qi Gong
  • Dealing with resistance in yourself and the participants
  • Practice and deepen what you have learned so far

Module: metal

2 weekends each Saturday and Sunday

  • Snake Qi Gong
  • Deepening of the snake Qi Gong: external and internal, alchemical and spiritual aspects

Module: wood

  • Dragon Qi Gong
  • Deepening of the dragonQi Gong: external and internal, alchemical and medical aspects

    Repeat turtle, crane, tiger and snake

Module: Silent Qi Gong II

  • Methodology and didactics
  • general pedagogy
  • Practice and deepen what you have learned so far

Module: Ba Duan Jin – Eight Brocades

1 weekend Saturday and Sunday
Sat 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. & Sun 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

As the brocade exercises, like in traditional lessons, always flow into the preparatory exercises, they are ultimately learned over the entire duration of the training. On the last weekend of the training, these are then deepened again separately.

Module: Ba Duan Jin – Eight Brocades

1 weekend Saturday and Sunday
Sat 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. & Sun 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

As the brocade exercises, like in traditional lessons, always flow into the preparatory exercises, they are ultimately learned over the entire duration of the training. On the last weekend of the training, these are then deepened again separately.
