4th week: Change phase metal, snakes Qi Gong and silent Qi Gong II

5th week: Change phase wood, dragon Qi Gong, eight brocades and examination

4 days: Qi Gong for the wood – the dragon shape

  • Kite form
  • Deepening of the dragon form: external and internal, alchemical and medical aspects
  • Meridians of the liver and gallbladder, important acupuncture points
  • Repeat turtle, crane, tiger and snake
2 days: Ba Duan Jin – Eight brocades and 1 day exam

As the brocade exercises, like in traditional lessons, always flow into the preparatory exercises, they are ultimately learned over the entire duration of the training. In the last week of training, these are then deepened again separately.
